Even though no official announcement has been made, Dave Nelson, the CEO of Talkshoe, has given me permission to make this announcement myself.

Today, an offer was made to me by Dave Nelson to become a Support Rep for Talkshoe. After speaking with Dave on the phone, I accepted the offer and will officially begin my duties as of today. All support requests will still go through GetSatisfaction and I will begin responding to those requests right away.

Since I host a show on Friday Nights called Podcaster Training, I will be able answer support related questions during the show too. This will simply be an extension of my duties.

I’m sure an official announcement will be made soon, but I wanted you to know about it since I’m not great at keeping a secret (according to my Wife) and well, this isn’t really a secret anyway, is it?

That’s all I know for right now, and as I find out more about my responsibilities, I will be sure to let you know how I can serve you, the Talkshoe Hosts and Listeners.
